Monarch Airlines Hand Baggage Allowance
There are two options for the hand baggage allowance on Monarch flights:
- 1 piece with maximum weight 10kg and maximum dimensions 56 x 40 x 25cm
- 2 separate pieces with a combined maximum weight that does not pass 10kg and 56 x 40 x 25cm. Exception: all flights out of Luton Airport are restricted to only 1 piece of hand baggage.
Additionally, all passengers may carry on 1 small duty-free shopping bag as part of their allowance.
Monarch Airlines Checked Luggage Allowance
There is an extra fee to check luggage. If you plan on checking a bag, book it online in advance as fees are about 50% higher when paid at the airport.
Maximum weight: 20kg/passenger except for Vantage Silver/Gold Members who have a 30kg allowance.
Monarch Airlines Online Check-in
Online check-in is available from 28 days to up to 6 hours before scheduled flight departure. During online check-in you can pay for checked luggage and reserve seats at an extra fee.
